We caught up with TDR Bridal Birmingham to find out about their ‘Focus On’ Ronald Joyce week kickstarting across their social media accounts today – the boutique’s latest wedding dress designer week where they highlight handpicked styles from one of their stocked designers.

We asked them what their favourite Ronald Joyce dresses are and here’s what they had to tell us…

We love Ronald Joyce for their innovative designs and we love Veni both as a person and as a designer! She is so forward thinking with her designs and every collection seems to wow us even more than the last. Our brides love the authenticity of her gowns, the way her gowns make them feel and the confidence they give our brides. She simply creates beautiful designs with modern fabrics that are elegant, feminine and timeless, and for that, we love our Ronald Joyce gowns!

This beautiful on-trend wedding dress is perfect for fashion-forward brides, echoing the high neckline floral lace gowns recently worn by Paris Hilton and Lily Collins. Its voluminous skirt is made from layers of tulle and organza while bold 3D floral lace appliques adorn stunning sheer tulle illusion sleeves. We think it would look fabulous paired with statement drop earrings.

We love this modern take on the classic princess ballgown. Its detachable sleeves are a fabulous addition, providing brides with two alternative looks for the price of one. The gown is made from lace, tulle and organza and comes with a detachable modesty bodice. This style is also great in larger sizes as it supports the bust and flatters the waist and hips.

For brides looking for a fitted fishtail design with romantic touches, this is a beautiful choice made from a jersey lining with modern geometric lace over. We love the on-trend high neckline, striking peekaboo cut-out bust and matching open back. A puddle train and 3D floral appliques on a sheer tulle skirt create a romantic silhouette.

18553
Made from soft crepe with a sheer tulle plunging neckline and matching sides, 18533 is perfect for destination beach nuptials and the fashion-forward minimalist bride who doesn’t want a piece of lace in sight. The sparkle belt is all that’s needed to add a touch of glamour, meaning there’s minimal need for jewellery bar a pair of statement earrings. Our favourite part is the open back and ruffle layered sleeves. We would pair this gown with some wedges or flat sandals, or even barefoot for sandy beach weddings.

For the elegant boho bride, we’re in love with this classic chiffon, lace and tulle fit and flare gown with a demure bateau neckline. The vine-inspired lace is exquisite while flared sleeves add beautiful distinct detailing. The back also benefits from a sheer lace high neckline for brides wanting more coverage. A beautiful puddle train with eyelash edging completes the look – perfect for stately home venues.
